Zoom is the primary video conferencing tool at Yousician
You can claim a host license directly from this page with the sign in button. By default you are provisioned a basic account which can host 40 minute meetings for up to 100 participants. If you need to host longer meetings, notify IT and your account will be bumped to unlimited. Only the host who sets up the meeting needs the additional license.
The login uses Single sign on with your yousician.com Google account, if you have multiple accounts logged in, select the appropriate one in the next screen, if none are logged in on the current browser you will need to do so in the next step.
Once you have an account you can use this as your landing page to join or host meetings but downloading the app will result in the best experience. The page footer includes links to the desktop client and a very handy Google calendar addon for adding a Zoom link to events. You can all install a slack app to start meetings, type /zoom in slack to get started
